    If you are reading this as the result of Google search prompted by a thought of ‘I need to change or improve my health’ then you have found the right place. If you have put yourself second place to family, work, the busyness of life and want to invest in yourself, then you have found the right place. EFM Flinders Park run by Sam and Tracey are always 100% focused on you and your goals. With the EFM model, a trainer is always present to help, encourage and explain the exercises or machines and to have a laugh. Most importantly, if you are carrying an injury, be it acute or longer term, then the trainers are always there to work with you to tailor a solution just for you. You simply don’t get this at the larger gyms, nor the 24/7 ones that have popped everywhere of late. With our lives so busy these days, look at your EFM membership as an investment in your physical and mental health – I personally think it is worth every cent, and am very pleased to be not just be a member of a gym, but a community where health and wellbeing is valued, supported by experts such as Sam and Tracey partnering with you every step of the way. Starting a gym program can be daunting, but mot at EFM – you are supported to learn the ropes, and are introduced to other members (who are always welcoming). You’ve done the Google search - your next step to a better version of you is to just call – you won’t regret it.
